Yea, I know I just wrote about Cedarwood and usually I take a few days off from talking about the products that I love. But, I had such an amazing experience last night that I feel like I HAVE to talk about it.
I was feeling like my respiratory system needed some support last night because it was kind of stuffy in my house from just finally turning the heat on. I was having a hard time breathing and knew that sleeping was going to be an issue because I was going to have to sleep sitting up so I could breath. I thought, Ugh I need to be healthy because I have so much that I want to get done in the next few days.
So I looked through my product guide to see what helps with the respiratory system and low and behold R.C., which stands for Respiratory Comfort came up. Here’s the oils that are in R.C.:
- Eucalyptus (E. globulus, E. Radiata and E.citriodara) .Yes, I too have no idea what the whole italicized plant names mean. But what I do know is that each of those support healthy throats and lungs, breathing and sinuses respectively.
- Myrtle-which is known to help kiddos when you rub it on their chest to help with healthy breathing.
- Pine- Can help open up the respiratory system up and supports healthy bronchial tracts
- Spruce- Supports healthy respiratory system and nervous systems
- Marjoram- Supports the respiratory system in general
- Lavender- Relaxes and grounds the body
- Cypress- Assists in healthy blood flow throughout the body along with lymph flow. It’s very refreshing and relaxing
And last but not least:
- Peppermint- Peppermint really opens up the nasal passages and can improve airflow to the lungs. It’s amazing even as a single oil.
I mean seriously, that’s a lot of single oils in one blend so it’s packed full of lots of stuff that support a healthy respiratory system. I put it in my diffuser last night and rubbed it right on each side of my nose, back of my neck, bottoms of my feet and my chest.
I was able to sleep and woke up feeling brand new. Obviously it helped my respiratory system. What’s cool is that I didn’t have to take NyQuil last night so I don’t feel drowsy today.
These oils are legit. If you don’t believe me, you should try them yourself and see what you think!
