Lemon

Many people think that lemon is only good for your digestive system. That’s part of the reason why at every restaurant, you can get a slice of lemon to put into your water. It also tastes good so it definitely is a win-win. However, lemon is good for so much more than just that.

Lemon is used in skin care products

It’s great for supporting healthy skin, reducing wrinkles and cleansing the skin. Only little caveat here with using lemon directly on your skin is that if you go out in the sunlight, it could create a little sunspot. So, just use lemon in the night time before going to bed.

Lemon can be used to clean the house

Mixing some lemon with water and applying to a rag is a great way to clean surfaces in your house. It’ll also smell really good and you won’t have to worry about all those chemicals in traditional cleaning products.

Lemon is sooo good for the body

It’s known to support the circulatory system, support healthy skin and assist the digestive system in managing weight. It can also help in balancing your pH level. It promotes clarity of thought when it’s diffused. A study was done in Japan while lemon was diffused in the office and it was found that there were “54 percent fewer errors” (2.54). So for those of you in school, get lemon and breath it in before a test. Lemon is also great at supporting the immune system, helping with relaxation and improving mood.

Here’s the deal though. I’m not just talking about going and getting an actual lemon. I’m talking about Therapeutic Grade Lemon Oil. Lemon Oil is cold pressed from the rind and it takes 3,000 lemons to produce 1 kilo of oil. Crazy right? That’s some potent lemon and is much easier to carry with you in your pocket or purse than an actual lemon. It’s way less messy and you get more than just one or 2 uses. You get like 100 uses!
